Parent Involvement

Parents often play many roles in sports. They could be current or former athletes, coaches, fans, motivators, role models, critics or all of the above at times. Family members influence an athlete’s involvement and achievement in sports more than coaches. We welcome and appreciate all of your support on and off the mat, not only to your child but to the team and organization as well!

Communication

FinalForms is the online system our school uses for all athletic paperwork. Families complete medical info, emergency contacts, required signatures, and can upload sports physicals—all in one place. All forms must be finished before athletes can practice or compete. Athletes and parents will both need to make an account to sign all paperwork.
